College coaches are watching at RCC and NCC — even when you're not on the field

Are college coaches usually at RCC or just NCCs?

Mostly NCC, although many will attend RCC in their own region if they can!

I guess recruits should be emailing coaches letting them know they will be at RCC and giving them their schedule?
